2 weeks ago a little girl almost drowned in Winton Woods pond. She was pulled to safety and sent to Children's. Her family goes to the same church in Mason as my assistant Pam. I haven't been able to get this little girl's family out of my head for the last week. When I worked as a nurse,I took care of some kids who were victims of near-drowning. It is a LONG and hard road they are traveling on. My prayers go out to them.
I heard about this on the news. Tough situation... I pray for her and her family.
